Purpose of the Role

To support high-performing Advisors by delivering a first-class viewing experience and ensuring clients feel informed, valued and looked after.

What You’ll Do

Host property viewings with professionalism and confidence

Gather and pass on feedback quickly and accurately

Support with light admin and client communication where needed

Help keep clients updated throughout the process

Assist Advisors in delivering a better experience and results

What Success Looks Like

Viewers feeling welcomed, informed, and supported

Sellers receiving prompt feedback

Buyer's interest progressing to second viewings or offers

Clients praising the service you deliver

Advisors freed up to focus on high-value work

Career Progression

Depending on ambition, this role can develop into:
