Purpose of the Role

To guide clients from first appraisal through to sale agreed, delivering exceptional outcomes, growing our brand and your personal brand in the market. You’ll harness both traditional estate agency skills and modern digital marketing techniques, ensuring Harrison’s remains the area’s favourite agent while supporting your future leadership growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Win new instructions through consultative, relationship-led advice and premium positioning of our brand.
  • Produce and deliver short-form video content (property tours, market updates, negotiation insights) to build your personal brand and drive engagement across social and marketing channels.
  • Launch homes using our proven 12-step marketing process, working closely with our marketing team.
  • Manage viewings, feedback and negotiations, extracting best offers and achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Cross-sell value-added services (mortgage and solicitor referrals) and nurture client relationships.
  • Hand over sales to our Operations team once agreed, ensuring a smooth exchange process.
  • Represent Harrison’s in the community and maintain your patch with a high-performance, growth mindset.

What Success Looks Like

  • High levels of client satisfaction and glowing feedback across video and written reviews.
  • Strong conversion from appraisal to instruction and a solid pipeline of high-quality listings.
  • Average fees maintained at premium levels and properties sold efficiently at the right price.
  • Consistent, professional communication across all channels and proactive client updates.
  • Revenue generation equal to at least four times your basic salary (our 4× rule) before commission kicks in.
  • Cross-sell and referral targets met for mortgage and solicitor introductions.
  • A compelling digital presence (content reach, engagement and lead generation).

You’ll also gain support, including a Viewings & Client Support Assistant, as your results grow.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive basic salary.
  • Commission at 20% on revenue above four times your basic salary.
