This year’s display is a snowy delight, capturing that nostalgic, heart-warming feeling of childhood Christmases.

❄️ A Snowy Story Brought to Life by Studio Lockington
This winter, our high street window features children joyfully building a snowman, wrapped up warm, cheeks rosy, and full of excitement. In their hands? Copies of their letters to Santa — full of wishes, hopes, and little snippets of Christmas magic.
Cadell has crafted the scene with her signature attention to detail, blending traditional charm with whimsical touches that invite you to stop, smile, and soak up the festive spirit. It’s the kind of window that makes you feel like Christmas has finally begun.
Whether you're nipping into town or simply enjoying an evening stroll, we hope our display brings a moment of joy to your day.
🎅 Write to Santa — Open Until 12th December!
And just like the children in our window, little ones across Sittingbourne (and adults who still believe!) are invited to take part in our Write to Santa tradition.
Here’s how it works:
Write your letter to Santa — tell him something you’re proud of this year, what you’d love for Christmas, and anything else you want to share.
Include your first and last name so the elves can match the right reply to the right writer.
Post your letter at our office at 2 West Street, Sittingbourne, ME10 1AW — either into our special Santa postbox during opening hours, or through our letterbox if we’re closed.
Post by Thursday 12th December 2025.
Collect your personalised reply between 15th–19th December 2025.
Every child receives a personalised letter back from Santa — a tradition we absolutely adore and one that brings so much happiness to local families.
