- What is your timeframe from agreement of sale to completion?
- What are you doing to offer security to any sales agreed?
- What do you do differently to other agencies?
- What is your marketing strategy?
- What is your success rate for selling properties?
- How do you ensure all buyers are financially qualified to proceed with a house purchase?
- How long is your contract and can you explain the terms of your notice period?
